► SAMEDAY SERVICE (SDX)
For a delivery on the same day as collection across South Africa – contact us! Delivery times are flight dependent as well as traveling to and from the airports. A dedicated driver collect the shipment and either take it to the airport for the next available flight or he will drive the shipment through to the final destination himself. Should the shipment be flown to its destination, a notification will be sent to the receiving branch to ensure a driver is on standby to receive the shipment from the airlines and speedy delivery to its final destination.
► DAWN DELIVERY (DDX)
For time sensitive deliveries between 07h00 and 10h00 (flight dependent). Advise our office, so we can pre-alert the airlines and receiving branch. Remember to mark your waybill clearly and boldly!
Our driver will collect your shipment as normal; take it to your servicing branch to be sorted and shipped to destination overnight. The next morning, based on your requirements, a driver will deliver your shipment as a priority and the first of his route. For regional areas, a dedicated driver will drive out with just this package in his vehicle to meet your delivery requirements. Extra charges will apply.
► OVERNIGHT EXPRESS (ONX)
Delivery by 12h00 the following business day to all major centres. Delivery to regional/outlying areas is within 24 to 72 hours dependent on final destination.
- Should you require guaranteed delivery following working day for outlying areas, a dedicated driver will drive out with just this package in his vehicle. Extra charges will apply.
► ECONOMY COURIER (ECX)
This is a perfect service for the slightly heavier and less time sensitive goods. This is flown or driven to destinations and delivered within 24 to 48 hours to all major centres.
Regional/outlying areas are delivered within 24 to 72 hours dependent on final destination. For cost effectiveness use this service for goods weighing more than 2kg’s and less than 5kg’s.
► ROAD FREIGHT (RFX)
A preferred service for heavy goods. These shipments are driven from origin to destination and are delivered within 24 to 72 hours to major centres. Regional/outlying areas are delivered within 24 to 96 hours dependent on final destination. For cost effectiveness use this service for goods weighing over 5kg’s.
► WEEKENDS, PUBLIC HOLIDAYS and AFTER HOURS
Our carriers operate 24 seven 365 days a year, so we will help you at times when nobody else will. Call in beforehand to arrange weekend, public holidays and after hour services. Receive and accept a quotation and mark your waybill clearly. We will arrange and do the rest.
► DEDICATED TRUCKLOADS
A dedicated service for extremely heavy or over-sized shipments. These shipments are driven directly from origin to destination. Depending on type of vehicle and collection point, we will need at least 24 to 72 hours to collect depending on vehicle/crane availability.
