► INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENT EXPRESS (ICD)
Delivery of documents through a network of dedicated partners worldwide. Delivery times are between 1-6 days, depending on final destination. Only documents weighing under 2.5kg may be sent on this service, heavier documents will be sent as a parcel (underlined below).
► INTERNATIONAL PARCEL EXPRESS (ICP)
Global delivery of parcels, samples, stock and all other non-documents. Delivery times are dependent on final destination as well as customs clearance. You can add another day or two onto the delivery times of documents for customs inspection and release.
Customs require specific documentation based on commodity, value and country. An invoice is always needed.

► AIRFREIGHT (IAF)
For shipments over 30kg’s that are not urgent, this service will save you money! Customs documents and invoices must accompany the shipment. Contact our office for assistance in selecting the service that’s right for your pocket!
► CROSS BORDER ROAD FREIGHT (IRF)
This service (Roadfreight) is specific to Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland
(BLNS). This is cost effective for goods weighing over 20kg’s that’s not very urgent.
► IMPORT SERVICE (Documents, Parcels & Freight)
This service is an all in one service from collection point abroad to your doorstep, including customs clearance and release. Big or small, we will handle it all. Transport of freight, airline handling, clearance, release and delivery of your shipment
► AIRFREIGHT CLEARANCE
Should your international supplier insist in using their freight forwarder, but shipping only to your nearest airport, don’t despair. We will arrange clearing at customs, get your freight released and delivered to your doorstep in a hurry
This service is only available for clients with a long standing (+6 months) relationship with EFS
